The challenge

Aligning multiple stakeholders from all over the world, understanding a vastly diverse user-base, and setting robust design principles that enabled this massive product to channel user experience and visual design to address customer needs and ultimately achieve business goals were the core of the task ahead.

Thinking the three different user roles

We thought of and designed the platform by taking into consideration the depth levels. Main screens were done first, followed by the second and third depth level. This approach ensured consistency throughout page typology, reusing as many components as possible. This also allowed us to design the three different roles at the same time.

Nobody said it was going to be easy

  • No human or technological resources available
  • Lack of growing mindset among the stakeholders
  • Unetichal practices

Headline

Most of casting managers, photographers or other model agencies operate through a dedicated platform where they get support while models had no centralized source of truth for Model Management services.

Validation

Models

Deliver brand message and value proposition, as well as providing clarity for all of its services.

Clients (casting managers, photographers, model agency)

Offer a unified source of knowledge with a tailored, and ever-expanding, range of services.

Results

After the discovery stage we focused on defining an information architecture that adapted to the needs of both user profiles.

  • Mapped all business units, both existing and planned, identified its unique selling proposition and business advantages.
  • Found the site’s biggest pain-points; all those instances where the platform’s shortcomings presented an issue for users.
